Booking Information

Two charging stations for your electric car are available directly at the hotel.

Our environment is important to us – our work, our home, and our visitors depend on the wonderful natural surroundings of the Kaiserwinkl region. Therefore, we are happy to support our guests who arrive with an electric vehicle.

External billing is available at the current rate.

Our spacious bike storage room offers space for your own bikes and e-bikes with a charging option.

Bookings“ Your reservation becomes binding after receipt of your booking order and is confirmed by us in writing with a Reservation confirmation confirmed. We ask for your understanding that room numbers, floors and table requests cannot be confirmed at the time of booking, but we will note your requests and taken into account as best as possible.

Dogs“ Your well-behaved fur nose is also very welcome with us. Accommodation is possible on request and subject to availability for a fee of €15 per day (without food). We ask however, you should bring your own dog blanket or dog basket. We ask for your understanding that dogs are not allowed in the beds or on the furniture.

We reserve the right to charge a final cleaning fee of €30, which may be required. Our extra blankets in the rooms are not intended for pets but are meant to be give the guests a cozy feeling of well-being.

Damage caused by the dog in the room must be charged.

Generally, bookings must be made in writing (letter or email). Phone bookings are accepted under certain circumstances. By booking, you accept our Hotel Terms & Conditions and you agree to pay the rates quoted at the time of booking.

Free rebookings to a later date in the following 2 months or until the end of the respective season are possible up to 10 days before arrival.

In the event of a cancellation, you will receive a voucher for the amount of the deposit that can be redeemed on your new desired date. However, if you would prefer the deposit to be transferred back, we reserve the right to retain a €20 processing fee.

In the event of a cancellation less than 21 days before arrival, we will charge the deposit paid plus any cancellation fees.

In the event of late arrival or early departure, we will charge the entire agreed travel price.

Please note that the booker must notify us of a cancellation in writing!

We strongly recommend you take out holiday insurance to cover any unforeseen circumstances and all costs should you find it necessary to cancel or to leave early. Please contact your insurance for details.

Check-in: 2pm; check-out: 10am. Please let us know if you are arriving past 6pm.

A deposit of Euro 150 Euro (or a percentage of the full balance) must be wire transferred to our bank account in order to hold your room(s). The remaining balance is due prior to departure and can be paid in cash, via debit card or wire transfer.
